This chapter describes how to create a new issue in IRIS.
Click on the ''New issue'' button on the left side of the screen to create a new issue. You can recognize this button by the plus sign.
When you’ve done this you will arrive at the form with which you create a new issue.
The issue type indicates what the issue type is. Consider, for example, a safety issue or an audit. The form automatically adjusts to your issue type. Fill in the rest of the fields, indicate the priority of your issue and indicate under '' issue owner '' who is responsible for processing the issue.

Under the heading '' deadline '' you can set a deadline for processing this issue.

At '' Documents '' you can upload any necessary files.
Click on '' Save '' to create your issue definitively.
