Under the heading settings you can create different companies, create document classifications and adjust the house style.
You can have several business licenses, under which you have different business models. You create them under the heading companies.
Click on '' Settings ''.
Click on '' Business unit ''.
Click on '' Create business unit ''.
Give the company a name.
Indicate how the process owner is displayed in the overview.
On the right, check which options apply even more to the processes within this company.
Indicate under the heading ''Action version control '' Version what should happen with an old version of a process if a new version has been created.
Click on '' Save ''.
Click on the '' Notepad '' icon.
Adjust it as desired.
Click on '' Save ''.
Under the heading '' Branding '' you can adjust the primary colors, background and logo.
