#7. Master data

To complete the system with data such as departments, functions, employees and process types, master data is included in the menu.

#7.1 Departments

The first button that can be found under the master data menu button is departments. Departments can be created in the following steps:

  1. Click on '' Master data '' on the left side of the page.

  2. Click on '' Departments ''.

  3. Click on '' Create department ''.

  4. Enter the name and any explanation.

  5. Click on '' Save ''.

#7.2 Positions

The second button that can be found under the master data menu button is functions. Functions can be added here. In addition, functions can be linked to departments. This can be done by following the following steps:

  1. Click on '' Master data '' on the left side of the page.

  2. Click on ''Positions '' .

  3. Click on '' Create position ''.

  4. Enter a name, possibly a department, explanation and a job description.

  5. Click on '' Save ''.

Please note: a job description must first be uploaded as a document. And can Icoon be added through.

#7.3 Employees

Employees is the third button that can be found under the master data menu button. Employees can be created here. Here employees can also be linked to functions. This can be done by following the following steps:

  1. Click on '' Employees ''.

  2. Click on '' Create employee ''.

  3. Enter the employee code, first name, last name and email (optionally link function using Icoon)

  4. Click on '' Save ''.

#7.4 Process types

To distinguish the process types, they can be created under the fourth button of the master data menu button; Process types. Process types can be created by following the following steps:

  1. Click on '' Process types ''.

  2. Click on '' Create process type ''.

  3. Give the process type a name.

  4. Set the Color line and drawing settings.

  5. Click on '' Save ''.
